Current Case:

An 86-years old was found to have an expansile, osteolytic lesion in the right occipital bone on a brain MRI.

This was confirmed on PET/CT.

She was referred for a biopsy after the hospital radiologist refused to do it saying it is too dangerous. The truth is this is a simple biopsy, with nothing in the way.
