This 60-years old man came with a right maxillary sinus lesion with uptake on PET/CT, done 4 months after being treated for a mesenteric follicular lymphoma. The oncologist wanted a biopsy. The traditional scopy biopsy was found to be expensive by the patient and so he was referred for a CT guided biopsy.
