Biopsy was done in the prone position and the diagnosis was pheochromocytoma.

Findings: Large adrenal gland mass with multiple lesions throughout the body
Lesion Biopsied: Adrenal mass
Size of Lesion: > 30 mm
Gun: 18G BARD, 20 mm throw, short
No of cores: 7 for histopath and aspirate for cytology
Sedation: No
Position & Approach: Prone
Time Taken (marker to wash-out): 7 mins
Complication: None. Minimal hemorrhage not significant.
Level of Difficulty: 2/5
Diagnosis: Pheochromocytoma
