This 58-years old operated for a renal cell carcinoma a year ago, presented with a new left adrenal nodule.

During the biopsy, from the medial 1/3rd of the nodule, the material seemed inadequate. I bent the needle without repositioning the canula to access the middle 1/3rd / centre of the nodule and managed to get two good cores out of the total 8 cores that I finally obtained.

The video explains how I bent the biopsy gun tray and how it helped and also looks at the literature on this technique.
