Case 144: How to Biopsy a Sclerotic Bone Lesion Using Regular Biopsy Guns and Needles
Sclerotic bone lesions can be easily biopsied even up to HU values of 700

Lecture:

This is a 14-minutes lecture on why every bone or spine lesion needs a biopsy. I delivered it last week at a BOS multidisciplinary meeting on osteoarticular tuberculosis.

The lecture discusses why in each and every patient with suspected infection or tumor, a biopsy is a must.
